I am a professional instructor. Teaching skills has been my primary work for over 30 years.

I love teaching people how to help each other. Our classes are fast, fun and professional.

We offer CPR, BLS, First Aid, Safe Baby/Safe Kid, O2 administration, Narcan and bloodborne pathogen training.

We sell and service AEDs and we now sell and train the LifeVac anti-choking device. We also offer a lunchtime meditation program for workplaces that would like to equip their staff with tools to help manage stress.
