With a background of Cuban Dances and Afro-Cuban Folklore, Deglys Pena has more than 15 years of entertaintment experience, as a Performer and Dance Instructor. Well rounded and knowledgeable in different dance styles; Baby Ballet/Casino Style Salsa/ Rumba etc. Great with kids/teenagers as well as adults.
Group and Private classes available, as well as Quinces Choreography and Wedding Dances.
Dancing is passion and connection between the individuals, I enjoy to be able to teach students to develop that skill and fulfill that desire to dance, socially or professionally.
Aside for Dance entertainment and instruction, fitness and general well-being is a must, combing the two disciplines gives a complete sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. I offer fitness classes and routines specifically tailored to the senior community, it is a pleasure to be able to improve an elder physical and mental stage through fitness.
