I'm a small contractor. I can do most anything needed to fix up a home. I mainly build decks and do basement finishes. I don't start numerous jobs and bounce around. I do one job at a time and I don't stop working until the job is complete. I personally do all or most of the work required on my jobs.

I always give extremely detailed estimates and work orders. This way you know exactly what you're getting done and how much each part is.
