If you and the other spouse (or parties) have NOT agreed to hire a private mediator, please do not choose me as a mediator. Please do not choose me to provide a service, including life coaching, for someone else who has not expressed an interest in my services. If you would like to hire me as your divorce coach, my retainer fee is $900. There is no retainer for life coaching; it is pay-as-you-go.

1) My retainer is very low compared to most other mediators (ie I choose not to hold onto much of my clients' money, but more of a pay as you go approach).
2) I am very responsive, working 6 days per week, and evenings, to make sure I am available when you need, to accommodate your busy schedules.
3) I can have you work with an associate to expedite your divorce, though by law it cannot be less than 6 months from the time of service of the divorce petition (this is a wildly popular option, that most everyone chooses, to get around the slow courts!)

9) I have three grown children, and parented the two oldest children on a 50/50 schedule after my divorce.

Fees:
1) Family law mediation (divorce): $195-$295/hr.
2) Marital mediation (for tools to stay married): $195/hr
3) General mediation: $195/hr.

1) Financial. Knowledgeable about cryptocurrency, startups, investments, RSUs, calculating accurate child support and temporary spousal support, minimizing divorce-related taxes
2) Parenting after divorce, especially with 50/50 custody
My Philosophy:
1) Provide people with long-lasting, comfortable solutions, minimizing the chances a party will file a court motion months, or even years later.
2) Very few mediators also work in litigation, but I do. Seeing how the courts are deciding and working through issues provides me with the latest tools, resources, and techniques to facilitate effective mediation agreements and goals
3) Any issue can be mediated. I have mediated/assisted in the following areas:
career/employment, parenting, relationship, estrangement, inheritance, tenant/landlord, neighbor, elder care
5) If the parties need to make a big decision that requires specialized financial planning or tax issues, I bring a certified financial divorce expert into our mediation on a one-time basis to assist in key decisions. Doesn't cost a lot, but clients get a lot of value from getting feedback by a divorce-related tax expert.
