I personally like to meet with the client at the venue when possible prior to the event or a teleconference if meeting is not feasible so we can discuss details. The planning/discussion ensures we plan a successful event and cover all the details and answer any questions the client might have to ensure they have a unforgettable fun time!
Also, I write a contract so you know for sure that I will be there and it is not just my word but a legal agreement between you and my business.
Finally, the best part of my profession is to being able to provide entertainment for people/couples/individuals and make unforgettable memories.
