In 2017 We started pet/house sitting after loving being w/ deciding we wanted a job where we worked with pets all day. Then added dog walking in 2018 after that took off. We decided to add dog training in 2019 when we found out there was a shortage of good dog trainers and we knew we could do it better.

Pet/House Sitting:
$45- $60 per night depending on distance from Phx
Per Pet: <1yr- $10 per pet. >1yr- $15 per add pet
Dog Walking: Dog Training:
30min- $15 30 mins- $38
1hr- $ 25 1 hrs - $76
90 min- $45 90 mins- $114
2 hrs- $60 2hrs- $ 152
Cleaning Prices:
•Standard- .20 per sq ft
•Deep/ Move Out- .28 per sq ft
•Construction- .40 per sq ft
Discounts for Frequency:
•Weekly- 10% applied after 1st appt & you have follow up
•Bi-weekly-5% above rules applies.
Extras:
•Carpet cleaning: .18 per sq ft+$30deposit that
gets applied to quote.
•Refrigerator: $40
•Oven/Stove: $35
•Laundry washed & folded: $25 per load
•Baseboards &/ Walls: $40

•Standard-$10 per window
•Deep/Move/Construction-$18 per window
•Just Bathrooms:
•Standard: $60 per bathroom
•Deep/Move: $100 per bathroom
•Construction: $120 per bathroom
•Please when you request a quote include your sq ft if you are wanting your whole house. Exactly what you are wanting cleaned. What extras you want & if something is per I need to know the exact number. I also need to know what kind of cleaning it is. Include some dates you would like and possible times.
