2) Identify Student Goals/Aspirations (Some Students Wants To Be Pros,
Some Want To Fill Time In Retirement, & Some Simply Need A Fun Outlet)
3) Implement Exercises To Fill Gaps/Work Toward Drumming Goals/Aspirations
4) Apply New Skills With In The Context Of A Song
5) Perform Song At Recitals So Students Are Accountable To Learning Those New Skills, And By Doing So Demonstrate Improvement To Themselves &Others, Which In Turn Builds Student Confidence And Personal Satisfaction Through Their Achievement
