Ive been in and out of the home building and renovation my whole adult life. I've put in floor in new condos and happen to return to the same location 10 years later and clean the ducts. The one thing that always remains is how sound the homeowner is at the end of the day. Making sound judgement and solid choises is a need for anyone. Ive seen "Pro contractors" preach to the homeowner all day. Being pushy and only barking up facts supporting why they should make all the decisions. Instead of educating and including people in the work that will affect only them in the end.
