If the customer hires us to do the job (after having us do an estimate booked through the Instant Book feature) the service fee will be deducted from their final invoice. Other estimates are free & other jobs not using Instant Book do not incur that service fee. Any canceled appointments booked through Instant Book will incur a service fee as well which will be due immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
