I would love to help you. We are more than capable of handling any job. Every job we include. Testing of wires for shorts & test for fire safety on outlets. Electricity is very dangers and can cause a fire. Specially if not properly installed. We have electricity codes that are enforced by law for a reason. Sadly, people do not fellow it. 20 years ago, I had a rental. My fan kept going out. I took it down myself. The manger was taking too long to repair it. That was when I got my 1st electrical shock. There were 2 open wires causing a short plus a burnt part on the metal fan cover. I'm glad the burnt part wasn't on wood or drywall . It could of caused a fire. I could not believe a pro electrician did that kind of work. The wires look like a rat's nest to be honest. We call that kind of work, cutting corners. To this day I still find bad electrical work that was previously done and we have to fix it. That is one thing we are strongly against. Every job site big or small, we always have a supervisor from the company to approve the work. We do not charge extra for that. We do that because we care about our customers. All our work is done neatly and most importantly by code. For an example if we have to drill. We try to make sure all metal shavings or dry wall do not fall on the floor. Out of respect for our customers and not to mention we deeply care about our work. We make sure we do the best. I see to many times people hire for less and just go for the lowest quote to save money. And the job is not up to code or it is not fire safe. If you want high quality work call me ASAP. 1st Fan installation is $175 includes travel and as incentive we check outlets for shorts or miswiring for fire safety . Additional fans are $65 each . Remember prices are not set in stone if you have a lower budget . I'll still work with you. I love helping people and I'm more then understanding.
