Hi, I'm Steve Studer, Owner Operator of FlorDek Coatings LLC a family run business that has been installing the highest quality decorative and waterproof floor coatings for Residential, Commercial and Institutional Customers since 2005. No job is too big or too small. I learned my trade by spending fifteen years repairing, waterproofing and top coating parking garages. During this time I learned that the number one factor to a successful installation is proper preparation followed by a deep penetrating primer that locks into the concrete pores to create superior strength floors. I am proud to say that we have not had a delamination failure in 13 years and 100,s of garage floor installations. All FlorDek installations are warranted against chipping, pitting and delamination for the life of the floor.
