My journey into photography began at 15 when I was introduced to pinhole photography. It’s a lensless, slow, and intentional process that taught me patience. It helped me understand how to work with light, appreciate timing, and stay grounded in the roots of image-making. While I now shoot digitally, I still bring that same level of care and craftsmanship to every photo I take.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people. Couples in love. Families celebrating milestones. Dancers mid-performance. Graduates preparing for the next step. Individuals planning unforgettable proposals. Every session brings something new, and I treat each one as an opportunity to create images that feel true to who you are.
I specialize in candid photography because I believe the most powerful images come from real moments. The spontaneous laugh. The pause in a conversation. The glance that says more than words ever could. I work hard to make sure my clients feel comfortable enough to be themselves, because that’s when the most meaningful photos happen.

Through the platform, I’ve been able to build lasting client relationships and bring their stories to life through photography.
M4J Photography has been trusted to cover a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, surprise proposals, dance performances, USPS stamp unveilings, 5K runs for heart research, and the Pittsburgh Marathon. No matter the occasion, my approach remains the same. I aim to preserve what matters most in a way that feels timeless, honest, and heartfelt.
Please note, I do not offer services such as photobooths, 360 booths, videography, drone coverage, or other forms of production that do not involve handheld photography. My focus is on still imagery and capturing the heart of a moment through the lens.
