Hello! My name's Alexander Almaguer,I've been painting since 2018, working in commercial (offices, shopping centers, wearhouses, condos) interior & exterior, as well as residential (mostly interior). I'm experienced with airless spray machines, and with hand tools aswell.
My career has taken me through and around metro Atlanta, into the valley's of Tennessee, and up the mountains of North Carolina.
I pride myself on taking my time on doing a good job, rather than trying to rush/cram as many projects as I can fit in my schedule.
I like to be as transparent as possible with the painting process, as well as with pricing, so that my customers know they're getting a good deal along with quality work!
PRICING-
My painting rates are as followed:
$1.25/sqft- This rate would be for a minimal/no patch work needed, and minimal/no color change
$1.75/sqft- This rate would be for moderate patch work needed, or a moderate color change
$2.25/sqft- This rate would be for drastic patch work needed, or drastic color change.
All quotes are negotiable unless stated otherwise.
