We keep our overhead costs as low as possible, allowing us to pass those savings on to our customers. We offer payment options that work with our customers. We don't go in, do the job, and leave like other companies. We take the time to explain to our chimney customers how to use their chimneys more efficiently and why we recommend certain repairs. An educated customer will make educated decisions that fit within their budget. Knowledge is power!
We support our local community by giving back to and participating in charity events and organizations. We also firmly believe in protecting our natural resources for the benefit of future generations. Our home and office run at about 75% off-grid. We operate on approximately 75% solar power. We heat our property with electric heat pumps, highly efficient and low-emission woodstoves, and pellet stoves. Our founder, Melody Marie Luciano Norris, is a published writer and a degreed designer who began doing photography around 37 years ago. She started doing genealogy when she was just a child, learning from her highly experienced best friend and grandfather, Leon Torsey. Her husband, tech specialist Gary Norris, has been working in the chimney trades for over 50 years. Their son, Lee Norris, graduated with certifications in HVAC and refrigeration.
