I have been a professional handyman for about 7 years and I started my own business "Pro-ject Handy" 5 years ago. I am a honest, savvy and knowledgeable professional.
I enjoy helping people with their taks and projects utilizing my skills and techniques to get them done efficiently and properly. I am not like most handyman, I do give my clients alternative options so they can decide what works best for them.
I do not work per hour but by flat fees only, this way you will know upfront how much you will be spending. ( unless the service has to be modified accordingly).

Please note that if the existing water pipelines are really oxidated the price will be slightly higher. I also do garbage disposal replacement $130

• Front door replacement with similar $100
• Front door replacement with electronic key pad $120
• Room door knob with lock $50 minimum of 2 doors

• Anywhere from $175 upto $400 depending on the complexity.
