I DO NOT do Bi-Monthly maintenance… I do once a month, every other month or quarterly as part of my Garden Builder plan.
I specialize in smaller detailed projects, like a planter at your entry and pots around the patio…
I blend succulents, flowering perennials and annuals, and plants with interesting forms and especially that aren’t fussy… or limited fussy… but in the end… it’s about whatever works… I am familiar with many varieties, but, sometimes I include plants I’m not familiar with in my designs… like the fussy plants, I limit the unfamiliar plants I include. Get in touch and send me pics of your garden. I can help you with an overall design for your entire yard. GARDEN BUILDER PLAN…
Three-Four Day Initial Install…
starting at $500
…includes ammendments & 2-3 designers choice plants
… at the initial install, I can create a new planting bed or clean out and amend an existing bed and or pots… groom existing plants around the area and install new plants… apply mulch… fit in small boulders or statues… add some stepping stones etc
For the best results, tell me…
•what kind of look you want
•2-3 specific plants you’d like
•allow me to choose additional plants for you… working around your desired look or favorite plants
A $300-$400 min budget for plants and soil is recommended at an initial install, but you can choose a smaller budget. Much more than that, and the initial install price goes up.
Maintenance…
After initial install
•once per mo - $225 starting
•every other month - $275 starting
•quarterly - $375 starting
Note:
maintenance visits may require that I am at your property two days in a row and I always include amendments and one or two new designers choice plants … and I will send you recommendations or bring new ‘things’ for you to consider for your garden (addtl. plants, pots, statue, chair etc) just before my visit and during my visit. These are optional things. There may be things needed, so I will send you requests for things like additional soil or a new hose etc.

A little more about me…
I grew up in an architectural office in Santa Barabara, CA and Flagstaff, AZ, and later worked in the field where I gained experience on the landscape side of things. While I can assist and create conceptual drawings for hardscapes, my focus is on the softscape portion. I see beautiful hardscape designs, but then the actual plants used throughout are typically ho hum. I’d like to be the one to solve that problem for you.
I have become very adept at taking any space from either a complete mess or just boring, to completely unexpectedly unique and magazine worthy. However, plants need some degree of attention, whether once a month or once a year, I find that if they are cared for by the designer, you get the most value for your investment.
