I operate under 1 rule “ if it’s not perfect then we aren’t finished “ I love what I do and looking at the results and seeing the happiness in all my projects and clients. I also do the work hands on so your not getting the guy that sells you something and then some other strangers show up and do everything you didn’t discuss with the guy who sold you the project. I also don’t have a bunch of over head cost? that’s why I’m more affordable than most other companies and I can still finance my jobs like the big guys! But I’m fancy myself to be better than most who say they are the best.
