Estimates are $50 for all services, but remodeling estimates are $100 (bathroom, kitchen, basement, whole home) This is non negotiable, and will be deducted from the job if hired. If you are not willing to pay for the estimate, please do not reach out to me as I am charged per person who contacts me. Only very small repairs/simple tasks can be priced over the phone.
