Month #1
Starts with an initial 60-minute session, followed by 45-minutes weekly follow-up sessions for the first Month. (one 60 minute session and three 45-minutes sessions)
Month #2
We will have 45-minutes session severy week. (a total of 4 sessions).
Months #3 and #4
Two 45-minute sessions per month (biweekly)
