About

Children learn best when they are having fun. Yes, I COULD teach kids how to read the spots off of a page, but I'd rather teach them to LOVE music first, so that they actually enjoy learning about reading the "spots". I strongly encourage creativity in my students, and teamwork. They have one common goal, and that's to make music that is pretty.

I love watching the dedication my students have, and how rewarding it is for them (and for me) when they have completed a perfect performance!
