My main goal is making sure the job gets done to the homeowners standards. I want the customer to feel confident that they made the right choice. I like to do follow-ups to make sure everything is still performing as it should, and make sure the customer is still happy. I stand behind my work and will return to fix any issues the homeowner may have to ensure satisfaction with the work they've paid for, from small repairs to full installs. Also, for those trying to "go green", I offer rain-water collection ideas and solutions, from rain barrels to large systems. I don't rush my work, that way I can make sure nothing is overlooked.
