Please feel free to ask about the Prevenative maintanance packages. If you do invest in one I will take 50 percent off the labor for what work you are needing done. Id rather tighten a screw on my cabinet one a year rather than replace or repair it. In your day living with work, school, family, friends and relationships most of us wair till something breaks or malfunctions. plus when home renovation and repair is not your field of work there are just some things you might not be aware of. A Whole house inspection and tune up at a very discounted price based on what you agree to. And you or a designated Adult will need to be present and i will record every moment to maintain quality assurance and integrity witjout question. Or sections like Kitchen, bedrooms, living room and office still at a more than reasonable price. If wer find something major needing replacement or repair Like AC unit or breaker box panel that is not my specialty. Screws need tightening, moving parts lithium lubebrication. We inspect every appliance, door, drawer, floor, doors, locks, cabinet drawers, hinges and gides. As well as anything else requiring a tune up. A simple adjusment, and lubrication keeps cabinetsworking corectly saving money, time and your sanity. That small rubber or cloth slam guard on you kitchen cabinet is probably already worn off. Draining your water heater at least twice a year incrases the lifespan for years. Even self cleaning will spit out a water bottles worth of rust and setiment. Garage door make lock grinding sound. Needs grease or it will need replecement soon. As a general estimate example. If i tune up your kitchen in 2 to 4 hours 100 dollars.
A whole house might take 1 to 3 days for 150 each day.

Both are seperate fees from what is to be replaced and vary. Also Assembly does not include installation. Some items require instillation and I cannot assemble without instillation on some items due to risk of serious injury or accidental death.
