I owned and operated my own construction company for over 30 years. I am an investor and own apartments and houses where I do most of the repairs and maintenance myself. I can install new hot water heaters, unplug and/or jet lines, Sheetrock repairs, paint, install/replace electrical outlets and lighting, roof and gutter/downspout work, pressure washing, snow removal, garbage/debris pick up and hauling and just about anything you can think of. I do quality work at a fraction of the price that most contractors are currently charging. I’m detail oriented, conscientious, reliable and honest to a fault.
