I am a freelance general contractor, specializing in plumbing, sewer, water, and building maintenance. I just turned 30 years old, and have been in business for myself since the beginning of 2021. I started out my trades career in plumbing, at 18 years old. Worked years to become fluent in the trade, then advanced through to becoming a commercial building trades maintenance technician for school districts throughout Lake County IL, where I was responsible for every installation and all repairs throughout two High Schools Buildings, multiple district buildings, and a plethora of auxiliary buildings in relation to both schools in the district. Disappointingly after years of excelling in my position, the district benefits were cut back, so I decided to apply my knowledge of trades and building maintenance to renovate and repair communities and businesses on my own. I have been going strong ever since for going on five years now, and love what I do now more than ever.
I am most passionate about creating a relationship with my customers, to build trust in the fact that I am capable of repairing just about anything. I take pride in using the best tooling money can buy, and preforming my work in a clean, organized manner. No matter the mess! My focus is treating a clients space as if it was my own, and explicit transparency on the project from start to finish. I have worked with many home insurances, helping clients with coaching when approaching claims, and providing detailed contractor reports, to ensure a stress free claim process. A house is most folks biggest investment in life, and I keep that at the forefront of my mind while stepping into everyones.
