I'm Tom and I've been a professional handyman for going on 4 years through Handy first and more recently through
Angi's list and I'm not a fan of some of their business policies or the way customers are treated by the help desk. I've had several long term clients but recently upheavals in life have made it impossible to keep or contact them. 3 stolen vehicles in two years full of tools and the last with the phone I'd been using for communication with said customers. Since it wasn't affiliated with any Google account I still have access to I was unable to transfer contact info to new phone. That is old news though and I look forward to building a new client base here on thumbtack.
