I take pride in fixing an issue if it can be fixed and not just replace a unit for the sake of higher pay and ease. Not everything needs to be stripped down and replaced. Some things just require a little TLC, and I strive on making sure we can exhaust all options before we resort to replacing anything.

The biggest problem we face today is everyone is told “they need to throw it away and replace it” but a lot of the time that isn’t the case at all and let’s face it, not everyone can afford to do that. I know how hard it is out there so I make sure we both walk away feeling accomplished and good about the task.
