Almost 50 years combined expertise from a husband and wife team that manage commercial and rental properties in West Tennessee and North Mississippi. We specialize in lease management, turnover, make readies, total rehabs, flips, fence and deck building, and property maintenance. We also, take on small projects, such as handyman jobs and junk haul offs.
For our handyman service, our Service Call fee of $65 an hour, 2 hour minimum on most jobs and we can either do an hourly rate for small projects or for larger projects we will estimate total materials and labor.
