ANY Jobs (Situations) that are considered to be Abnormal/Hazardous to Myself, be it Health, Cleanliness or Anything that I believe would be classified as such, Will result in additional charges to be paid upon job completion or job cancellation.

I will contact customer by means of a telephone Call and/or Text, Using The ********************. I will contact customer to confirm appointment 1 Day prior and no less than 1 hour prior to appointment time. If NO Contact is made with Customer, Appointment Will Be Cancelled due to No Response.
