*Abnormal/Hazardous Conditions
ANY Jobs (Situations) that are considered to be Abnormal/Hazardous to Myself, be it Health, Cleanliness or Anything that I believe would be classified as such, Will result in additional charges to be paid upon job completion or job cancellation.
NO Roaches, Rodents, Black Mold, Brown Recluse, etc, Period. Customer will be made aware ASAP.
** Appointments **
I will contact customer by means of a telephone Call and/or Text, Using The ********************. I will contact customer to confirm appointment 1 Day prior and no less than 1 hour prior to appointment time. If NO Contact is made with Customer, Appointment Will Be Cancelled due to No Response.
** I reserve the right to end customer working relationships whenever needed.
*** PLEASE BE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE THAT YOUR WORK\TASK DOES NOT REQUIRE A LISC. CONTRACTOR, CARPENTER, PLUMBER, ELECTRICIAN, ETC. IF YOU "DIRECT REQUEST" ME FOR 'HANDYMAN' WORK AND YOUR WORK REQUIRES A LISC. TRADESMAN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $100 FOR THE HOUSECALL. SO, PLEASE(x3) BE SURE AHEAD OF TIME. THANKS! ??
