I have 25 years of experience in construction and maintenance, ranging from high-end residential remodels to various commercial tenant improvement projects. Currently, I am a real estate house flipper, and I have previously worked as a building maintenance engineer for eight years and as a facility manager for five years. During this time, I managed 30 commercial buildings and apartment complexes, dealing with their unique and evolving challenges.
My current focus is buying real estate, renovating houses, and reselling them on the market. In the meantime, I also provide maintenance and handyman services until my properties are sold or require my personal attention for repairs.
