My name is Stephen Faunce, my wife and I live near you in King’s Grant VB. I am reaching out because I know how hard it is to find repair help, especially on smaller projects around the house, that’s where I can help.
I am looking to use my time to assist my neighbors who may need help in property maintenance and repair. I have owned and maintained personal and rental properties for over 25 years. Since 2018 I have renovated 5 rental properties, our primary residence in King’s Grant, and helped hundreds of local neighbors on their homes and rental properties as well.
Simply put, I have some free time that I would like to fill between properties.
