Gutter covers, drip edge, soffits, vents, box gutters, ? should we jump inside will their is an opening. I fix toilets,tubs. Hell, one time I used an electric winch and jacked a bathtub in the air to be able to fix the subflooring, and then lowered it back down by myself. it was made of cast-iron. you don’t know those things are freaking heavy.I personally would replace instead of respraying. But the client wanted to keep it. Sinks, faucets, exhaust fans. Maybe you have an old bathroom that doesn’t even have an exhaust fan and you’d like one. Yes, there are people that don’t have exhaust fans. I learned today that there was somebody in the world that lived in a home that had a poop knife. Sorry didn’t mean to get off a subject. Water supply lines, sewage drain lines, doors. Maybe you want a something like a door built, wooden countertops, stairs,handrails. Hopefully you get the point. Whether you want something new, something fixed that is old and maybe wanna have it look shiny and new.
