My handyman rate is $75 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours ($150). Before booking, please be sure you're ready to move forward with the project, as the app charges me a fee for each booking.

2. Materials and readiness: I can only begin once you have all the necessary materials. If you're still in the planning phase or just want an estimate, please reach out when you're ready to move forward.
3. Respect for time and cost: Please note that I pay for each lead (i.e., Thumbtack takes money from my card ($10-70, depending on your task) for each request you make to me)! Every time you contact me, it costs me money. If you are not ready to start a project or do not have a clear plan or are simply not sure of your financial capabilities, it is better to wait until you are completely ready. I value my time and resources and hope for your understanding!.
