To being known and experienced in real estate investing, owning and operating solar energy companies, forming and pouring concrete walls, roads, and patios, as well as roofing and general construction, we have turned all these experiences into a powerhouse of a group! From this knowledge and skills set, we often like to perform what we call "sweat equity." Where we will perform, and certainly oversee, the majority of our own work "in-house". This helps ensure to keep costs down and maximize our return on investment, but to also guarantee our standards of workmanship gets passed on to our customers and homeowners.
