Velkov Hardwood focuses on residential hardwood sanding and refinishing on new and existing flooring. Our state-of-the-art Lagler Hummel belt sanding machine ensures smooth and even surface sanding. We supply over a dozen refinishing products including water-based, oil-based, and natural oil wood floor finishes to obtain your desired floor finish.

Currently we charge $3-$5 per square foot depending on floor plan footprint. The following unit costs are national average for hardwood floor refinishing.
