Hello! I’m Cody, and I’m excited to help you on your journey to a healthier, stronger you. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve helped serve many clients to achieve their personal goals and transform their lives.
I’m a certified personal trainer through ISSA, as well as a qualified nutritionist and strength coach. My approach is rooted in a blend of scientific knowledge and practical experience, ensuring that every aspect of your fitness journey is supported with expertise and care.
My own journey in fitness has been shaped by learning from some of the best in the field. I’ve had the privilege of being trained by top bodybuilding, nutrition, and strength coaches. Additionally, I’ve completed multiple high-level coaching mentorships and absorbed invaluable insights from leading powerlifting coaches. This diverse and comprehensive background allows me to offer a unique and well-rounded perspective to my clients.

- Access to all in one fitness app where you are able view your workouts, track nutrition goals, and your overall progress
- Completely customized training, cardio, and recovery plan
- Nutrition coaching & guidance with recommended calories, macros, and nutrition protocol (including supplement recommendations)
- Unparalleled support, accountability, and 2 way communication
- Weekly check-ins to review the prior week’s progress, make adjustments as necessary, and align on priorities going into the next week.
Virtual Training
1-Hour Session: $65 (Add another person for $35)
Live training session via Zoom for 1 hour
Real Time coaching with personalized workout and step by step instructions for each exercise
On the spot form correction to prevent injury
Great option if you are looking for extra accountability or are needing some extra guidance
