My style of Career Coaching is all about clarity! I’m not the kind of coach who updates your resume and sends you on your way. I focus on helping clients get clarity on what they want, find their purpose, and figure out their next career step so that they can be both fulfilled and financially abundant.

My coaching philosophy is that I believe that lasting transformation requires us to do both the "inner work" and the "outer work." The inner work being mindset work, self-talk, and self-care and the outer work being strategy and action-taking.
In terms of qualifications, I have been a full-time Certified Coach since 2016. I have a BA in Sociology from the George Washington University and went on to pursue my MA in Sociology and Education from Columbia University. Prior to striking out on my own, I was a Manager for a nonprofit organization that helped veterans to transition from their military careers into meaningful civilian careers. I am also a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Teacher.
On a personal level, I am a born and raised New Yorker who now happily resides in Savannah, GA. I have the pleasure of working with clients all over the US and across the world. I look forward to connecting with you!
