As a Yoga Therapist in Northern Virginia I use movement, breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation to help my clients move towards greater wellness. Yoga therapy is effective for persistent pain, chronic conditions that affect mobility, as well as depression and anxiety. My approach is client-focused, so each session is unique and designed in response to my client's needs.
I will work with you to create a practice that will best address your needs. If you wish to have a regular home practice to compliment our sessions I'll create a detailed pdf handout. If you are a beginner I will make yoga accessible to you, if you are a seasoned yoga practitioner I can help you take your practice to a deeper level. Either way, you will be able to fully experience yoga's therapeutic benefits.
I provide Reiki energy healing and Tibetan Tones vibrational sound healing. These modalities are beneficial for stress reduction, anxiety relief, and pain management.
By working one-on-one I team up with my clients to solve puzzles that the body presents. I love making yoga safe and accessible, so everyone can enjoy its benefits. Once yoga and meditation become part of your day you will begin to notice subtle changes in all areas of your life.
