What is Reiki?
A Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Heala will use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing. A "universal energy" is to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing.
How will the session start?
We will first start with a conversation and meditation. Then, you will lay on a massage table with clothes on and Heala will place her hands on key points of your energetic fields around your body. These energetic fields around the body is where our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional characteristics are stored. They can be in balance or out of balance. At the end of the treatment, Heala will give you information of the imbalances in your body and mind. Then, Heala will give you further guidance on how to keep yourself balanced.
What are my qualifications?
I have a Masters in Social Work and I am a certified Reiki master. For the past 16 years I have been working in the mental health field and been counseling individuals from all walks of life.
Where is the Reiki treatment done?
Either at your home, my studio or outdoor spaces.
✨It is recommended to take at least 5 Reiki healing sessions to overcome and manage :
Back pain, joint pain, nerve pain, broken/ fracture bone repair, headache/migraine -Mental/emotional realignment-stress, anxiety, depression, drug/alcohol addiction, sexual addictions, ADHD , Bipolar , PTSD , traumatic fight or flight, overwhelm, and really anything else you can imagine.
