Home Sellers: Sell your home expertly without high fees & commissions. IT IS A SELLERS MARKET and homes are getting under contract the same day they are listed. However, you must be listed to get your home ON the MARKET. Invinci Real Estate Advisors have a fee-based listing engagement. Total fee to pay up front is $250. The remainder is paid at closing ($1,500). (Please, don't ever agree to pay a 6% sales commission and don't be fooled by gimmicks and false advertising (for example, "We guarantee your home is sold or we'll buy it.")
