We are a small company that believes in doing an artisan job as opposed to a quick industrial job. I think our work stands out from the competition because we will perform the services that the customer wants. We focus on things that most cleaning companies miss. For instance we clean inside the window sills and take down any light fixture globes that need cleaned when we do our first clean. We always check and clean under beds and behind headboards as well as on top of dressers and kitchen cabinets, these are areas that most do not get and that most customers never think about. Those are just a few things but there are more areas that we focus on where most companies leave behind.Knowing that people's lives are very busy they won't have to worry about coming home after a long day at work to be faced with the chore of cleaning their home along with other responsibilities they may have. It's a good feeling to know I can lighten their load. I also believe that our company stands out because in order to be successful in this business you have to have a real passion and desire to serve.
I really like my job because I choose the customers I have a good repoir with. When I go out to give a price quote I need to find out if they like my personality and I like theirs before I take them on as a client. If we have a connection and I know that I can help them with their need and they want to work with me then I know I will be able to provide them with great service because I would want to do everything I can to make them happy.
If I took on a customer who I felt uncompfortable around then I would be doing them a diservice by taking them on as a client so I would just decline the job stating that I don't think we would be a good match.
Another reason I like my job is because It gives me the chance to not only give the customer a clean home but I can also give them the gift of time not to mention the emotional feelings that go along with coming home to a nice clean home.
