What I like to do is come out and look at the property, meet with you and see what all you would like done.
I like to also get a visual of what needs to be done to determine about how long the job will take and give you the best price possible.
There are times when we are unable to come by and do a walk-through due to the circumstances of the customer not having the keys as there are people currently living there or the house has not closed yet and the customer who is requesting cleaning is in another state moving here, in that situation I can give you a ballpark price range or If there is a possibility that we can meet with the realtor and they can let me in and do the walk through with me.
We work with all budgets and want to deliver the best quality work possible.
