These services are all billed at an hourly rate. The amount of time it may take depends on various details. The rate ranges from $60-$90 per man hour depending on the service, tasks, and frequency of service.
Initial services such as a deep clean, is not required. We can do projects as we get faster maintaining your home on a recurring basis. Generally homes under 1800 sq ft typically take 3 man hours for basic clean, 6 man hours for deep clean. Homes approx. 2500 sq ft typically take 4 man hours for basic clean, 8 man hours deep clean.
We ask our clients to provide all supplies and equipment. This helps us maintain quality service by using the products you prefer and not cross contaminate using the same rags/mop in each home.
When setting up service, a service agreement including a checklist is provided. This helps to understand your expectations in detail. We accept PayPal for your convenience. Scheduling is flexible during regular business hours 7 days between 7 am and 7 pm.
