My company has been in business going on 5 years now with excellent reviews from regular customers, my snowbirds, and airbnb owners. We are a team of 2 and do weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings, as well as, maintaining properties for our snowbirds while they are away, and regular cleanings through their winter stays. We also do many short-term rental turnovers on a regular basis some with a very short flip window. We even do, move-in, move-out, and prelist cleanings. We have an eye for detail and work with the homeowner to gear our work to meet their expectations and requirements. We do the work with no hidden charges or fees, and charge a flat hourly rate.
