We offer both residential and commercial services; specializing in building and janitorial services including but not limited to pre and post construction cleaning, demolition, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, fire & water restoration, mold remediation cleaning and its follow-up reconstruction.
BEC has become one of the reliable, dependable and quality production sub-contractor for construction, disaster restoration companies, and property management companies for your region – New England. We currently serve as vendors for Paul Davis Restoration Inc., Time Savers Construction Inc., 24 Restore, GTI Property Management, USM/EMCOR Building Maintenance, and BAMSY office buildings. We have 20 full time employees and we can provide up to 40 demo and cleaning personnel as needed. We have on call teams that can assist and respond to large weather events/natural disasters and isolated large losses anywhere.

My company has access to floor machines such as, carpet shampooing machines, floor buffers and auto scrubbers and can provide services such as floor stripping and waxing and carpet cleaning.
