We provide ongoing residential house cleaning services and our specialty is Make Ready cleaning services for Move in or Move Out. We have cleaned for several students as we are a college city. We have also provided our services to a handful of reputable real estate companies in our city. Regarding our Make Ready services, we have a few specifics before proceeding with our service. We also reserve the right to refuse a service due to health hazards or unhealthy conditions without refund.
NOTE: we will go in AFTER your carpet cleaners have gone in if applicable. INSIDE kitchen and restroom cabinets must be emptied to be cleaned. House must be empty if not fully furnished rental.
