I have met wonderful people through Thumbtack. I clean without any instruction whether people are home or not home. I also work with someone directing each activity. My prices are below average, and I'm willing to negotiate. Most of the time I do deep cleans. I'm not as fast as some but better than most! My average price for cleaning a house is 150 to $200 most have 2 to 3 baths. One bedrooms are 75 to 125. I like doing move out cleanings and they range from $175 1 bdroom. $250 base price for a move outs. I charge $250 for most move out cleans. I'm looking for bi-weekly and weekly customers but I will do a 1 time clean as well or for a temporary time frame like to help someone prepare for a move and they need help packing and organizing. I have experience doing commercial cleaning as well and post construction cleaning or combination of both. I mostly work alone but have hired people for larger projects.
