3. Send security deposit at least 48 hours prior to the project start date to secure your appointment. Agent will not travel until payment is sent/received.
4. Book at least 48 hours in advance so our daily route can be planned and approved.
Note:
(Business owners pay for marketing on this platform. When customers cancel the day of it’s the appointment can not be filled. This is considered a loss for business. To avoid last minute cancellation as cleaners are already in route or at the appointment location, this is a very big inconvenience that waste time and money that does not allow the company fill the appointment slot) Thank you for your considerations
