-Length of time it’s been without a thorough clean
-Products needed for the job
-Special areas such as baseboards, interior appliances, dishes, linens, & laundry, etc.
-Your designed cleaning package, etc.

?This is non- negotiable & non-refundable. You can switch dates if needed.
Remaining balances should be paid upon my arrival time if you will not be present or at the time of your departure walk through. (I require a video call or walk through after cleaning is complete!)
