I've been an NASM personal trainer and nutrition Coach for two years, bootcamp style large group fitness instructor, an aerial hoop instructor for 3 years, and a flexibility and mobility instructor for 2 years. I have a couple of gyms I work with. I primarily coach out of Burien, online, and a gym in the SLU area, but have access to one in the renton highlands area.
