Sessions are conducted online worldwide and in-person in San Francisco, CA.
I provide trauma-informed care rooted in social justice and feminist processes. After 2 decades of working with people in the Bay Area (and worldwide online), I have noticed a trend. The people who naturally come to me for help (and thrive!) are those that don’t identify with mainstream anything. Immigrants, third culture folks, BIPOC, LGBTQI and anyone generally allergic to mainstream America.
I help Social Justice activists and artists, who are experiencing burn-out or blocks, (re)-connect to their voice, power and passion and easily incorporate creative tools of self-care, and community support.
And as a Medical Hypnotherapist and Medical Reiki Master, I help you feel at ease and calm going into a surgery or having any kind of medical procedure, even if you hate needles or are scared of hospitals.
I bring a transpersonal feminist approach to my therapy and teaching work. Clients report feeling that I have a gift for putting them at ease. I strive to support you in exploring all aspects of your deep self - strength, challenges, obstacles, allies - and assisting you in developing your own methods of resilience, healing and transformation.
According to your personal needs and choices, I offer Reiki, Hypnosis, Restorative Yoga or a combined approach. The combined approach is especially helpful for physical manifestations of emotional issues or for supporting deep inner healing. I blend intuition with hands-on healing to help those struggling with chronic health conditions feel better, at ease and more in control of their energy and lives.
I love meeting people from all walks of life, and different backgrounds and I enjoy seeing people find joy in becoming more and more themselves.
